Special Events & Memorial Games:
George Carr, Sr. Memorial Colonial Game
Led by Game Master Emeritus Larry Brom, the Jackson Wargamers will host the First Annual George Carr, Sr. Memorial Colonial Game at Bayou Wars 2008.
Featuring a fight between the mighty Zulu nation and the cream of the British Army, this game will memorialize the late George Carr, Sr.,
an old school Colonial warrior and good friend of Larry Brom.
The game is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, June 21, 2008.

GameMaster Information:
If you're interested in running games at BWXVI, please email us the following information:
> Your name, your group's name and web page (if applicable), and your contact info
> Information about any game(s) you will run (ie, title of game, minimum/maximum number of players, if you will supply pre-generated characters, average character/player level/age, brief description of game/scenario)
> Any special rules or limitations (such as age limits, experienced players only, etc)
> Approximate running time and space needed

Miniatures Contest:
Information listed as TBD will be added as soon as possible.
MINIATURES CONTEST RULES:
- Categories will be: Single Figure (larger than 25mm), Unit (15 or 25 mm, at least 8 figures in unit) and Diorama |
| - There can be no loose pieces; everything on the figure/diorama must be secured. |
| - Each figure must have your badge number and the entry's title. |
| - No additional work on an entry is allowed once it has been registered. The only exception is repair in the unlikely event that the entry is damaged while on display. |
| - Entries can be submitted at the REGISTRATION DESK (ask for Gaming Director). |
| - Entries will be accepted until NOON on SATURDAY. The entries will be displayed near the REGISTRATION DESK and judged. |
| - The winners will be announced in the GAME ROOM at 3:00pm on SATURDAY. Entries may be picked up after the contest. |

Bring your best warband and prepare to do battle in our 200-point standard tournament.
Swiss rounds and product prizes for top placed finishers.
Tournament entry fee is free for sealed limited tournaments.

Trader's "Flea" Market:
On Sunday morning at 9:00am, an area will be set up where gamers can trade or sell games, miniatures, etc. So dig your "unwanted" figures out of the closet and
bring them along. Remember, Bayou Wars is not responsible for watching your "stuff", so plan on staying by your table while your figures are out!
